One Direction's Second Album : Take Me Home

Take Me Home Studio Album by One Direction released through Syco Records (Sony Music Entertainment) 9 November 2012, as it recorded on May-October 2012 (Stockholm,Los Angeles,London). The album is a follow-up to One Direction’s internationally successful debut album Up All Night (2011). The album was announced in mid-2012 while One Direction were on a break from their Up All Night Tour (2011-12). Recording began in May 2012,Carl Falk, Rami Yacoub, Savan Kotecha, Ed Sheeran,Jake Gosling, and Tom Fletcher have confirmed to be involved in the development. The lead single, “Live While We’re Young” released on 28 September 2012, rocketed to worldwide success, peaking inside the top ten in almost every country it charted. The single recorded the highest ever one-week opening sales figure for a song by a non-US artist, and the third ever for a download by a group in the United States.

Pre-order for the album was made available on 3 September 2012.The album’s title was announced on 29 August 2012 by Louis Tomlinson through his official Twitter account.The album was released in most of Europe,Australia, and New Zealand on 9 November 2012 and is set release on 13 November 2012 in United States through Columbia Records.
