In general, healthy person is person who doesn’t smoke, eats healthy and regular exercises.The simple ways to have a healthy lifestyle is by making small changes which is exercise regularly, eat more vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of plain water.

   Problem with people nowadays are that they lack of activity. Most people know that exercise is good for them but usually they avoid it like some kind of plague either because they’re used to be sedentary or they thought that exercise must be done vigorously to achieve healthiness. The truth is that the more movement you do, the healthier you can be. Even moderate activities like chores, gardening and walking can make a difference.


   Just adding some movements in your life you can reduce risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes.You also can improve joint stability, prevent osteoporosis and fractures and enhance our self-esteem. So, even if you just want to lost some weight or opt for small changes, you can see the benefit is still good.

   If you are not ready with heavy activities, small one is more than enough. Every little bit counts and it all adds up to burn more calories. You can start with do more activities with your friends or family.Take a walk, playing sports almost anything which is more active than sitting on a couch. You also can pace while you talk whether on the phone or not , you could even do some cleaning while talking . This is a great way to enjoy while you keep moving.

   Eating a healthy diet is another part of healthy lifestyle. Not only help with weight management, it also can improve your health and quality of life as you gets older. You may start with eat more fruits and vegetables which is beneficial to your body or you can substitute your daily foods to a lower calories foods.

   Creating a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to mean drastic changes. In fact, drastic changes almost always lead to failure. Making small changes in how you live each day can lead to big rewards, so figure out what you can to be healthy today.
